Design of OFDM Systems. AICIA has a lot of experience in designing OFDM systems, both in bursts and continuous transmission, having developed OFDM applications for communications by power line or PLC (POLICOM/Esprit-IVFP and INSONET/IST-VFP European Union projects), for wireless receivers in the 5 GHz band (National Plan CINT5G project), and for digital terrestrial television and mobile receivers.

AICIA is a member of the DVB organization and has been selected as support centre of the common simulation system for defining the DVB-T2 standard.
